NETS (2026) is a photobook that brings together a series of black-and-white photographs depicting wires, metal nets, fences, and fragmented elements commonly found throughout the urban landscape. Detached from their everyday function, these overlooked details are transformed into lines, textures, and abstract structures, creating a visual language in which form and material take precedence over narrative.
By isolating these ordinary fragments, NETS invites viewers to experience the city as a network of tensions, rhythms, and connections. Fences become drawings, cables become gestures, and the built environment reveals an unexpected poetic dimension. Published by Pararoja in a limited edition of 50 copies, the book reflects Olson Lamaj’s ongoing exploration of urban space through minimal, carefully observed photographic sequences.
